Keep Oil Out of your Ford F150/Raptor Air Intake System!
It's no secret that the Ford 3.5L Ecoboost® turbo motors suffer from oil control problems causing the oil to blow through and coat the intake manifold and gunking up the throttle body and intake valves, lowering the effective octane, and generally degrading engine performance. The higher your boost levels and milage the more apparent these problems become.
The solution to this problem has finally arrived. The BMS dual oil catch cans. V2 now with OEM quick connect PCV fittings and premade hoses for a quick install/removal. While there are other catch cans on the market they all fall short in various areas. Some utilize hoses that are too small and runs that are too long to allow proper PCV ventilation causing internal motor/ring sealing issues. Some have insufficient, cheap, or even no internal baffle system while others have internal baffles systems that are too restrictive. Some even bypass the PCV system all together venting crankcase gas and odor to the atmosphere.
To solve these problems BMS designed our dual oil catch can kit for 3.5L EcoBoost powered F-150 trucks from the ground up. The cans and internals features 100% CNC machining with zero welding for a precision fit and long life. The cans themselves are guaranteed for the life of the vehicle and contain a triple baffle. The hoses exceed the OEM PCV piping in diameter and that flow rate is maintained throughout the entire oil catch can ensuring no excessive crankcase pressure buildup and have OEM quick connect fittings for quick install/removal. The BMS OCC retains the factory fully closed loop PCV operation preventing any PCV vapor from leaking to atmosphere. The mounting locations are selected to minimize the line length, make checking and emptying the cans easy, and look good at the same time.
Simply unscrew the base of the can or use the drain plug to safely dispose of captured oil with the rest of your used motor oil during oil changes.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Return the item and place a new order once approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. A restocking fee is 20% will be applied. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Cancellations
Canceled orders are subject to a 5% merchant fee (8% for Shop Pay installments). Custom, specialized items or pre-order items canceled within their lead time are also subject to this fee. Will also incur a 10% restocking fee.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately for assistance. If the wrong part was ordered, customer covers return shipping.
Disputes / Chargebacks
Our legal team is fully prepared to take stringent action against you for filing a baseless claim and initiating a fraudulent chargeback. This will lead to civil or criminal proceedings, which would require you to engage with our attorneys in our jurisdiction.
It is crucial to understand that filing a false chargeback is a serious offense, punishable by substantial fines or imprisonment. Potential penalties for fraudulent chargebacks can include one to three years in prison and fines ranging from $1,000 to $10,000. We treat all chargebacks with the utmost seriousness, regardless of the amount, as this is classified as a felony.
We will compose all necessary information to send your account to a collections agency and request that you be served once our lawyers organize the evidence and file a case against you.
