The Precision Raceworks BMW E60 535i & 535xi High Performance Fuel Pump (Stage 2-3) is designed for customers looking to run all blends of E85. These drop-in pumps include a Walbro fuel pump capable of flowing up to 300% more fuel than the factory fuel pump and are 100% E85 compliant. Best of all, this pump ships completely assembled and ready to install—there’s no core charge! New pump, new fuel filter, and new sending unit included!

By design, a fuel pump such as this is ideal for daily driving and racing applications of all kinds. This system keeps the primary pump fully submerged in fuel, regardless of tank level or the g-force the car is subjected to.

Stage 2 (2.4 liters per minute)

Our Stage 2 bucketed fuel pump comes with a single Walbro 450 (F90000274) fuel pump. This pump can support up to 575whp (Rated for 500whp on 100% E85) and is drop-in ready, just like the OEM fuel pump. No wires to cut or splice, nothing to assemble—100% OEM quality and drop-in ready.

Our Stage 2.5v2 bucketed fuel pump comes with a single Walbro 535 (F90000295) fuel pump. This pump can support up to 650whp (Rated for 550whp on 100% E85) and is drop-in ready, just like the OEM fuel pump. No wires to cut or splice, nothing to assemble—100% OEM quality and drop-in ready.

Stage 3 (4.3 liters per minute)

Our Stage 3 bucketed hybrid fuel pump (one in bucket, one mounted outside the bucket) comes with dual Walbro 450 (F90000274) fuel pumps. This pump can support up to 1000whp (Rated for 850whp on 100% E85) and is very easy to install—simply connect your secondary pump activation harness and install the new fuel pump in the tank. 100% OEM quality and drop-in ready.

Return

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Return the item and place a new order once approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. A restocking fee is 20% will be applied. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Cancellations

Canceled orders are subject to a 5% merchant fee (8% for Shop Pay installments). Custom, specialized items or pre-order items canceled within their lead time are also subject to this fee. Will also incur a 10% restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately for assistance. If the wrong part was ordered, customer covers return shipping.

Disputes / Chargebacks

Our legal team is fully prepared to take stringent action against you for filing a baseless claim and initiating a fraudulent chargeback. This will lead to civil or criminal proceedings, which would require you to engage with our attorneys in our jurisdiction.

It is crucial to understand that filing a false chargeback is a serious offense, punishable by substantial fines or imprisonment. Potential penalties for fraudulent chargebacks can include one to three years in prison and fines ranging from $1,000 to $10,000. We treat all chargebacks with the utmost seriousness, regardless of the amount, as this is classified as a felony.

We will compose all necessary information to send your account to a collections agency and request that you be served once our lawyers organize the evidence and file a case against you.
